Referrals will be accepted for surgical and restorative implantology, specialist orthodontic treatment, minor oral surgery and periodontal services. The oral surgery and implantology can be carried out under sedation.

Please register your details and you will receive one of our customised referral packs with printed “tick-the-box” forms and reply-paid envelopes.
